Ramzi digital’s e-commerce creative blueprint

Let me share with you my secret to never running out of ad ideas — even when I’m juggling ecommerce launches, client campaigns, and content creation.

How I Generate 75+ Winning Ad Creatives in One Sitting 🤑

If you’re selling a product online, you probably know the real struggle isn’t just running ads — it’s coming up with what to say in the ad.

You’ve got 3 seconds to grab someone’s attention 🫸🏻. That’s it.
And what you say in those 3 seconds? That’s what makes or breaks the sale.

I’ve tested hundreds of ad creatives over the years, and I needed a way to stop guessing and start creating faster. So I came up with a simple framework that helps me generate 75+ variations of ad creatives in a single sitting.

Today, I’m giving you the exact blueprint. You can steal it, adapt it, and use it for your own products or clients.

Step 1 🖨️: Start With the Ingredients

🎯 Nail the Hook

Before anything else, I focus on creating strong hooks — the first 3 seconds that stop the scroll and grab attention. I shoot multiple hook variations separately so I can mix, match, and test different angles without reshooting the whole ad. Here’s a glimpse at the kind of hooks I use:

Hook TypeExample Hook LineWhy It Works
Problem/Solution“Struggling to find jeans that actually fit?”Calls out a relatable pain point that sparks curiosity.
Bold Claim“This skincare routine changed my face in 7 days.”Creates intrigue with a results-driven claim.
Curiosity/Tease“I thought this was a scam… until I tried it.”Triggers curiosity and encourages viewers to keep watching.
Shock/Surprise“I’ve been using this to clean my shoes. You won’t believe it.”Unexpected angle that disrupts the scroll.
Relatable Moment“POV: You open a package and it’s actually what you ordered.”Connects emotionally with common experiences.
🎬 2: The Core (a.k.a. the “meat” of your ad)

Once the hook grabs attention, the core is where you build desire and deliver value. This is where I show the product in action, highlight key benefits, and address objections — all while keeping it scroll-stopping. I keep my core shots modular too, so I can easily swap them depending on the hook.

Here are a few core content styles I rotate through:

Core Style Example Concept Why It Works
Product Demo “Watch how this blender crushes frozen fruit in seconds.” Shows real results and builds trust instantly.
Before & After “Here’s my skin before and after 2 weeks using this serum.” Visual proof sells — especially in beauty and health.
UGC/Testimonial “I didn’t think it’d work, but now I’m obsessed.” Feels authentic and relatable — builds social proof fast.
Objection Handling “You’re probably thinking: it’s too expensive. Here’s why it’s not.” Tackles doubts directly to keep viewers engaged.
Feature Breakdown “3 reasons this phone case is actually genius.” Educates while entertaining — works great for tech or gadgets.
✅ Step 3: CTA – Tell Them What to Do Next

You’ve hooked them, you’ve shown the product in action — now it’s time to drive action. I match my CTA to the goal of the ad and the type of audience (cold, warm, or hot). Each CTA has a different strength, and I often test all three to see which one gets the best results.

Here’s how I break it down:

CTA Type Call to Action Best For Why It Works
Direct Purchase “Shop Now” Warm/hot audiences, FB Shop or website traffic campaigns Clear and action-oriented. Great when the user is ready to buy.
Engagement to Chat “Send Us a Message” Higher-ticket items, new audiences, lead gen campaigns Builds trust, allows for personal follow-up in DMs.
Engagement via Comments “Comment ‘LINK’ and I’ll send it to you!” Viral posts, UGC-style ads, cold/warm traffic Boosts post engagement + triggers ManyChat for auto-reply.
Step 2 🚀: Mix & Match

Now here’s the trick: I mix one Hook + one Core + one CTA.

5 Hooks × 5 Core Messages × 3 CTAs = 75 possible ad variations

Each one becomes a mini-ad. A short video script. A text post. A voiceover.

You get the idea.
